EMMETT, Idaho--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--T.J.T., Inc. (the Company) (Pink Sheets:AXLE) a" T.J.T., Inc., a major supplier of axles, tires, and set-up supplies to the manufactured housing industry, in a special meeting of the Board of Directors, today announced the termination of Terrance J. Sheldon, as President and Chief Executive Officer. He is being replaced by Director and Vice Chairman Jerome B. aJoea Light, as President and CEO. Mr. Sheldon remains as an outside Director.
Mr. Light has served on the Board since 1999, and was appointed Vice Chairman in February, 2010. He served in numerous executive capacities, during his 37-year career with Champion Enterprises, Inc. He serves on the Directorsa™ Audit, Compensation, and Nominating Committees, and currently chairs the Directorsa™ Executive Committee.
Established in 1977, T.J.T., Inc. is a major provider of recycled axles and tires to the manufactured housing industry. It operates facilities in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, and Colorado, and serves 14 western states. In addition to the recycling business, T.J.T. also sells aftermarket products to manufactured housing and residential markets.
