NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 1, 2010) - The Board of Directors of AURUS CORPORATION (PINKSHEETS: [ AURC ]) has made the decision for the dividend amount for the year 2009 to be $ .008 per share.

Payments of Dividends to Individual Shareholders will be completed in the period from June 10, 2010 to July 10, 2010. Payments to Corporate Shareholders will be implemented later this year.
