Panasonic Announces New Distribution Alliance With Leading Distributor NETXUSA
SECAUCUS, NJ--(Marketwire - May 27, 2010) - Panasonic System Networks Company of America, a leader in business and home telephone systems, today announced a new distribution agreement with NETXUSA, Inc, a leading distributor of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products and services. The new distribution alliance will provide easy-to-deploy and cost-effective wireless SIP end-point solutions that are tailored for the Digium reseller and Broadsoft carrier channels.
The initial Panasonic products available from NETXUSA will include the new SIP Cordless Phone System (TGP500/550), an open-source voice-over-IP (VoIP) cordless system that is certified on Digium®, the Asterisk® and Broadsoft's Broadworks platforms. "Our distribution agreement with NETXUSA emphasizes Panasonic's focus on the SIP open source and hosted markets," said Kim Murtagh, Director, Panasonic System Networks Company of America.
