Modine Promotes Scott D. Wollenberg Vice President—Global Engineering

RACINE, Wis.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD), a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, today announced the promotion of Scott D. Wollenberg to the newly created position of Vice President a" Global Engineering, effective immediately. In this new officer level position reporting to Modine President and Chief Executive Officer Thomas Burke, Wollenberg retains his responsibility for the companya™s global product engineering and research for its vehicular thermal management and other original equipment offerings, as well as for its global research and product planning processes. In addition, he will continue to support the research activities associated with Modinea™s commercial HVAC business segment.

Wollenberg, 41, is an 18-year Modine veteran. After joining Modine in 1992 as an Applications Engineer, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible engineering and product management positions, including Regional Product Manager and Managing Director for the companya™s Engine Products Group, while based in Bonlanden, Germany. He was named Global Engineering Director, Engine and Powertrain Cooling Products in 2009.

Wollenberg began his career in 1987 in the co-operative program at Harrison Radiator, a division of General Motors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the GMI Engineering & Management Institute and his Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
