New Pitney Bowes Mail Services Facility is Now Open in Newark, New Jersey

STAMFORD, Conn.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Pitney Bowes Inc. ] (NYSE:PBI) today held a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by [ Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno ] and [ Newark Mayor Cory A. Booker ], among other local and state officials, to commemorate the opening of its new [ mail services ] facility in [ Newark ], New Jersey. The site, which will serve as a new International Mail Distribution Center, will process approximately 50 million pieces of international mail per year, expanding the companya™s mail services operations in New Jersey. The new facility will bring 180 jobs to Newark and the company expects to create an additional 25 jobs at its Newark site during the next few years.

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Pitney Bowes and guests will join customers to explore the new space. Located in Newarka™s Enterprise Zone at 158 Mt. Olivet Avenue, the new Pitney Bowes mail services facility includes approximately 76,000 square feet of space.
