MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - May 24, 2010) - Airborne Security and Protective Services (PINKSHEETS: [ QRVS ]), has acquired Global Trust Security, a Miami based security firm. Global trust employs 58 highly trained professional security officers. Global Trust Security is comprised of Former law enforcement officers and military personnel. Their Marine patrol division is run by a licensed boat captain with over 25 years of experience in this field and they also have, fully trained and licensed boat personnel. The marine patrol unit not only services high profile islands they are currently expanding to provide a variety of marine patrol services including a marine alarm armed response unit.

This acquisition will give Airborne an additional 4800 billable hours per month and will add approximately $1,000,000 in gross annual revenues to Airborne. Airborne's annual revenues are projected to increase to over 2,000,000 for year ending Dec 31, 2010 inclusive of the last two acquisitions.
