Talent Alliance Announces Exclusive Venture Partner in Shanghai, China

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - May 20, 2010) - Talent Alliance, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ TLAN ]) ([ http://www.talentallianceintl.com/ ]) announced today that they have executed definitive terms with Global Talent in Shanghai, China regarding strategic technology and revenue sharing agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Global Talent will offer the jointly developed RPO platform which was built by combining Talent Alliance's China Talent Exchange and Global Talent's Cloud ATS. Global Talent is a mature player in the Shanghai recruitment marketplace with numerous large international clients such as Wyeth, Pioneer, Lotte and Geberit. Global Talent has approximately 25 employees in Shanghai and expects to devote its resources to marketing the joint platform in China.
