Airborne Security and Protective Services Inc. (QRVS.PK) Acquires Strike Force Team of Tampa

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - Airborne Security and Protective Services (PINKSHEETS: [ QRVS ]) has acquired Strike Force Team Security, a Tampa based security firm. This acquisition will give Airborne a footprint in the Tampa Orlando area and will help open the North West Coast of Florida for Airborne. Strife Force will operate as a subsidiary of Airborne for the immediate future.

Airborne has also executed a Letter of intent for Enforcement Security a North Miami based security firm currently employing about 25 guards.
