TORONTO, May 26 /CNW/ - It has come to our attention that the Company's press release dated April 29, 2010 concerning the Company's financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010 and Management's Discussion & Analysis in respect of such period contained an error in that the record date for the dividend of $0.06 per share payable to shareholders on July 2, 2010 was misstated as the close of business on June 5, 2010. The correct record date for the dividend is the close of business on June 4, 2010 meaning shareholders of record at the close of business on June 4, 2010, rather than the close of business on June 5, 2010 as previously stated, will be entitled to receive the dividend payable on July 2, 2010. Unless indicated otherwise by the Company in writing at or before the time the dividend is paid, this dividend will be considered an eligible dividend for the purposes of the "Enhanced Dividend Tax Credit System".
