ADDISON, TX--(Marketwire - May 10, 2010) - Earthworks Entertainment, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ EWKS ]) today announced that the Company is in the process of developing a new Corporate Restructuring plan.

Steven Humphries, who has served as President Since mid 2008, has stepped down from that position. According to Humphries, "It will allow me time to concentrate on the Hit Parade Radio and Hit Parade Hall of Fame projects currently in the start-up phase."

The Company has announced that Christopher Humphries, who has been a Vice President and Director of the Company since mid 2008, has been appointed the President of Earthworks Entertainment, Inc.
