LAS VEGAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Leo Motors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LEOM) announced today that it has received official government test results on its Hilless 3 electric scooter, from three official test institutes of the Korean government. The test certificates show that the Hilless 3 ran 125 km (78 miles) at a speed of 35 kph (22 mph) on a single charge, including 30 degree slopes at a speed of 30.4 kph (19 mph). The maximum speed of the Hilless 3 was 91.1 kph (57 mph) with 1.47kW motor. Leoa™s Battery Management System (aBMSa) maintained a balance between cells less than 0.01 volts in the Hilless 3, which to Leoa™s knowledge surpasses the results of any other electric scooter brand currently available.

Dr. Robert Kang, CEO of Leo Motors, said, aWe are very delighted with the official test results because the results are superior to any of the self claims made by other electric motorcycle brands that we have seen. There are many performance claims for electric motorcycles and scooters, but most of them are self claims, and seldom do manufacturers get the official tests.a Leo plans to expand its distribution network in Asia, and ultimately plans to market its scooters in Europe and the United States.
