Running Fox has entered into a quitclaim deed indenture with a subsidiary of Bayswater Uranium Corp. in order to exchange and assign certain mineral claims in connection with its New Mexico, U.S.A. uranium acreage. Most of the swapped claims were either adjoining or overlapping each company's respective leasehold acreage. The companies have agreed to an information and co-operation exchange concerning uranium mineralization in the claims area, and right of first refusals on the said claims.
Running Fox is a Canadian small cap resource company that has interests in oil and gas, uranium, and high grade gold resource projects. The Company also provides oilfield construction and maintenance services to other energy producers.
