ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 4, 2009) - July 9 - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ FTCH ]), an Atlanta-based SaaS development company and application service provider, is pleased to announce that Paul Campbell has officially joined the team at its Alpharetta GA, headquarters.

On July 9th of this year, F3 announced to the public that Mr. Campbell was appointed to head the North American sales and marketing efforts for both the Ascend and Interaction product lines. While Mr. Campbell has been working diligently with us here at F3 ever since that date, Monday began his first official day at the offices. Mr. Campbell, an SaaS industry veteran with over 22 years of senior level experience in the commercial banking industry focused on delivering business and financial solutions to small to medium sized businesses, comes to F3 from Digital Insight, an Intuit, Inc. company.

"Even though Monday was his first official day, Paul has already had a major impact on the entire focus of F3 and its sales initiatives for Ascend and Interaction," said Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies. "You really can't put a price on what Paul brings to the table for F3 with his senior level experience in building and selling SaaS-based solutions. In particular, we are extremely excited that he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from Intuit, Inc. which is a nine billion dollar market cap company and owns market leading products such as Quickbooks, TurboTax and Quicken."

Paul Campbell commented, "I continue to be impressed with the management team and products of F3 Technologies. It is clear the Ascend and Interaction solutions have been built with a focus on solving important customer needs and I'm truly excited to work with Frank and Jim in moving the company forward and driving revenue growth."

James Canouse, President of F3, had this to say, "Today is a very big day here at F3, much more so than probably most investors can appreciate. F3 has developed some very powerful solutions over the last few years, but how to sell these solutions was always a big question that had to be answered. The hiring of Paul has answered these questions and then some."

Canouse continued, "We know that we have been a little quiet here at F3 over the last few weeks but it is only because we have been so busy. Updates to both Interaction and Ascend are ongoing and a major push is underway to get Ascend officially launched. We have been exploring a few acquisition opportunities that we think will have an immediate impact on the company as well as the development of a new service we can now offer communities that are seeking to self mange above and beyond what Interaction currently offers. We hope to talk about these acquisition opportunities and other initiatives as soon as possible."
