ASHBURN, VA--(Marketwire - July 24, 2009) - GuestMetrics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ GESM ]) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with Briad Restaurant Group, LLC(Briad) for the Company's GuestSnapshot software. Briad is the largest T.G.I. Friday's Franchise Restaurant Operator and is ranked fifth on the Restaurant Finance Monitor's list of top 200 restaurant franchise operators. Briad will utilize the GuestSnapshot reporting as a tool to help improve efficiency in a variety of areas within their restaurants. Briad also operates Wendy's quick-service restaurants as well as extended-stay and limited-stay hotel locations for Marriott and Hilton.

GuestMetrics's GuestSnapshot Enterprise Reporting Solution will allow Briad Restaurant Group to aggregate sales data across multiple locations as well as provide the ability to drill down to individual check level detail. Briad can use the data generated by the GuestSnapshot Enterprise Reporting Solution to determine which menu items are selling better than others, gauge employee performance, and measure effects of promotions and menu changes.
