ASHBURN, VA--(Marketwire - August 6, 2009) - GuestMetrics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ GESM ]) is pleased to announce that the Company, through its strategic partnership with Vigilix, LLC, has launched its new point of sale (POS) offering to several leading POS dealer channels. The reseller offering will create an additional revenue stream for both companies and will provide dealers with an incremental revenue opportunity by reselling the GuestSnapshot enterprise reporting tool as well as quarterly market reporting. Both GuestMetrics and Vigilix have presented their new solution to the dealer channels for MICROS, POSitouch, Aloha, and Digital Dining, who are among the leading POS dealers in the country. The Partnership expects to generate $1.1M in subscription revenues from POS dealers over the next 12 months.

The new product incorporates Vigilix's technology platform which enables POS dealers to deploy and configure the GuestMetrics' GuestSnapshot by checking the appropriate box on the Vigilix portal. This provides POS dealers an additional value-added service they can offer to their customers and a subscription-based revenue generating opportunity that can easily be deployed and maintained. One of the advantages of the new product is that there are no upfront costs associated with software or additional hardware. Once the Virtual Technician agent is deployed, POS dealers have access to several subscription-based revenue generating tools. In addition to the GuestMetrics' GuestSnapshot, Virtual Technician also offers PCI validated POS monitoring, remote control, as well as, disaster recovery through offsite backup.

"Our new joint product offering with GuestMetrics has already received a positive response from the POS dealers who attended our online presentations. This is another way we are able to take costs and effort out of a process that adds value to the dealer. Even though the official launch is not until September, we are receiving pre-orders on a daily basis," stated Andrew Kurtz, CEO of Vigilix, LLC.

"Vigilix's technology platform and existing customer base has proven to be a great combination to distribute our GuestSnapshot enterprise reporting tool and market reports. The Vigilix agent for the deployment process will vastly increase our revenue over the next twelve months," stated Brian Barrett, CEO of GuestMetrics, Inc.
