ADDISON, TX--(Marketwire - August 17, 2009) - Earthworks Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ EWKS ]) announced today that Hit Parade Radio, Inc. (a subsidiary of Earthworks) has entered into an agreement with Scott Gilreath's Radio Affiliate Services & Syndication (RASS) that includes affiliate sales and national advertising sales.

Steven E. Humphries, CEO of Earthworks Entertainment, in making the announcement said, "In preparation of next month's launch of Hit Parade Radio (HPR) featuring Larry Lujack and Wink Martindale, we are pleased to have consummated an agreement with Scott to represent HPR's affiliate and national ad sales."
