CALABASAS, CA--(Marketwire - August 5, 2009) - TMM Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ TMMI ]) announced the first public demonstration of its new content delivery solution, Spring. A demonstration will be available at the company website [ http://www.tmmi.us ] at 1:00 p.m. Pacific time on August 5, 2009. Spring is capable of streaming HD video at a data rate of 966 kbps.

Company President Michael Fernandez stated: "We are quite excited to demonstrate our new capability to stream HD (1080) video at data rates that will open up the possibilities of viewing HD video on demand to a substantially larger audience. Smaller data streams will allow content owners to more efficiently deliver content and will substantially expand the on-line video business. The Spring solution uses custom compression algorithms to reduce the file size and utilizes intelligent and highly customized servers for content delivery. The new embedded player is optimized to communicate with the server and utilizes an advanced buffering strategy and advanced DRM and asset management. Spring is delivering HD video at approximately half the size of competitive HD streaming solutions over the Internet. We intend to demonstrate the developing capabilities of Spring at [ http://www.tmmi.us ] for the next 60-90 days and then to explore content delivery deals by the end of 2009."

TMM announces an agreement with InvestorPipeline.net Ltd (IPL), a Canadian Corporation located in British Columbia, to obtain the licensing rights to their streaming solution and for IPL to perform content delivery services for TMM. IPL will coordinate with the TMM technical team to integrate the next generation of TruDef into their streaming content delivery solution.

Tore Jorgensen President of IPL stated: "We are excited about working on this project with TMM to develop cost saving solutions for the expanding global content delivery market. Our technical team has inspected the TruDef Code and believes that it will allow us to go even further with our video streaming capabilities."
