ASHBURN, VA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2009) - GuestMetrics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ GESM ]) is pleased to announce that the Company has been approached by several large financial groups that analyze major public companies in the restaurant, food service and beverage industries. They are interested in purchasing data from GuestMetrics' growing database of on-premise sales over a broad geographical and demographic area. GuestMetrics appears to be a single source for data that tracks actual point of sale (POS) purchases of detailed food and beverage alcohol menu items in restaurants and bars. Analysts are interested in actual historical sales of certain clients of the Company that they follow, as well as, predictive trends over the next six to twelve months for certain types of restaurant groups.

GuestMetrics' database can be mined down to levels that show specific beverage alcohol sales by brand. The Company's reporting capabilities also allow for top level analysis to project industry trends.

"We're very excited that we have gotten the attention of the financial community that is looking for actual unbiased information on which to base their analysis of both the restaurant/bar industry as well as food and beverage alcohol sales. Our goal is to continue expanding GuestMetrics' list of database customers and management software," stated Brian P. Barrett, President and CEO of GuestMetrics, Inc.
