"I am pleased to announce a proposed Memorandum of Understanding between the Henry County Ohio Revolving loan guarantee fund Committee and Revenge Designs Inc. The Revolving loan available is $300,000.00 for a term of five years and conditional upon Revenge Designs securing $450,000.00 from a private source or Banking institution. These funds would assist Revenge Designs to move forward in the development of the Revenge Verde Super Car concept vehicle. Revenge Designs is close to announcing the joint venture with a leading Auto Manufacturer in the view of supplying a proven crash tested rear engine chassis platform design for the Verde.
"Our continual goal is to release the Verde Super Car with the HP2G revolutionary engine at the December 2009 LA International Auto show. However, to meet that commitment, continual funding is required. Our site for the Detroit North American International 2010 Auto show is already confirmed.
"Henry County commissioner Mr. Rich Myers is also very instrumental in the negotiations with Wal-Mart's management group on behalf of Revenge Designs Inc. with assistance to secure the previously occupied/owned 68,000 sqft Wal-Mart facility. If negotiations proceed to fruition, the said facility would be the first of the Revenge Designs Certified Installation centers where this site would also house development and training for said centers along with a management and marketing department with an estimated 38 staff member at this facility.
"Permanent location sites with purpose-built premises in Ohio and Indiana are under consideration.
