ADM Donates $250,000 to the American Red Cross for Japan Disaster Relief

DECATUR, Ill.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announced that the company is donating $250,000 to the American Red Cross to help aid those in Japan impacted by the recent earthquake and tsunami. ADM will also match all employee contributions of $25 or more to the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Relief Fund through April 30, 2011. The contributions are being made through ADM Cares, the companya™s social investment program.
