ROCHESTER, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) announced today that its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Pacific Time at The Hilton Garden Inn, 6450 Carlsbad Rd., Carlsbad, California.

Carlsbad is a suburb of San Diego, which is home to Kodaka™s Consumer Inkjet Systems business, and where the company performs research and development on the groundbreaking line of consumer inkjet printers that offer the lowest total ink replacement costs in the industry.
Kodak expects to begin mailing a aNotice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materialsa to shareholders on or about March 31, 2011. This notice will include information on how registered shareholders can access their proxy materials electronically. Shareholders who would like to receive printed distribution of proxy materials should follow the instructions contained in the mailed notice.
Shareholders will also be able to vote in one of four ways: by internet, by telephone, by written proxy card or by written ballot at the meeting.
Shareholders interested in attending the 2011 Annual Meeting may request admission by following the appropriate instructions if they vote by internet or telephone or by checking the appropriate box on their proxy card.
The Annual Meeting will also be webcast live. The webcast will be accessible via Kodaka™s Investor Center webpage at: [ http://www.kodak.com/go/invest ].
