Panasonic Combines Design and Relaxation With Its New State-of-the-Art Luxury Massage Chair
SECAUCUS, NJ--(Marketwire - March 6, 2011) - Panasonic, a leader in advanced massage chair technology for more than 40 years, announces the debut of the Real Pro Ultra massage chair that features heated rollers which replicate professional hot stone therapy.
The heated rollers of the Panasonic EP-MA70 Real Pro Ultra luxury massage chair can reach up to 108°F, simulating the warm hands of a professional masseuse while loosening stiff, sore muscles; relieving tension; and stimulating increased blood flow. The powerful hand-like rollers are situated inside thicker padding than previous models for maximum comfort. Through advanced pressure sensor technology, the massage chair automatically maps and adjusts to each person's height, spinal curvature, and other physical attributes before delivering a warm, relaxing, customized full-body massage.

With just a few quick adjustments to the ultra-soft headrest pad and arm rests, the massage chair quickly converts into a stylish, comfortable armchair. The ottoman may be hidden by rotating it out of sight.
To target specific areas of the body with precision accuracy, the chair features a state-of-the-art air cushion system that combines with automated stretching and movement adjustments. These include:
- Hand and Arm Massage: kneads from above and below, relaxing the hand and arm to relieve tension. Movable armrests adjust automatically when user reclines.
- Hip and Thigh Massage: improved airbags around the waist and thighs relax and gently raise the trunk and lower back to replicate the manipulation of a massage therapist.
- Calf and Foot Massage: ottoman stretches to accommodate taller users while air cushions provide a soothing leg and foot massage.
