

Xenonics Receives $1 Million Follow-On NightHunter Order
CARLSBAD, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--XENONICS HOLDINGS, INC. (AMEX:XNN) announced today that it has received a follow-on purchase order valued at approximately $1 million from Aardvark Tactical, Inc. (ATI), Azusa, California, for Xenonics' NightHunter high-intensity illumination devices to be included in ATI's non-lethal force protection integration projects for the U.S. military. Xenonics announced a $1.3 million purchase order from this customer in January 2009. The Company expects orders under this NightHunter procurement program to total approximately $4.5 million during 2009.
