RACINE, Wis.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD), a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it intends to file on February 10, 2009, a Form 12b-25 "Notification of Late Filing" with the Securities and Exchange Commission stating that the filing of the company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 will be delayed and indicating that the Form 10-Q will be filed on or before February 17, 2009, the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
