PRINCETON, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER^® consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable March 2, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2009. It is the Company's 432^nd regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
