(NYSE: BGS) (NYSE: BGF), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, shelf-stable foods, announced today that it has scheduled a conference call to discuss the Company's fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008 financial results on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. ET. Hosting the call will be David L. Wenner, Chief Executive Officer and Robert C. Cantwell, Chief Financial Officer.
