

Larry Curfiss, Former Director of Business Development for ITT Night Vision, Named to Xenonics Executive Committee
CARLSBAD, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--XENONICS HOLDINGS, INC. (AMEX:XNN) announced today that Larry Curfiss, Vice President and Director of Business Development for ITT Night Vision from 2000 until his retirement in 2007 and Chairman of Xenonics' Advisory Board since June 2007, has been appointed to Xenonics' Executive Committee. Mr. Curfiss joins Chairman Alan Magerman and President Jeff Kennedy on the Executive Committee.

Curfiss, 58 years old, was Vice President and Director of Commercial Products at ITT Night Vision from 1996 to 2000, Vice President and Director of Materials at ITT Night Vision from 1993 to 1996, and Director of Manufacturing at ITT Electro-Optical Products Division from 1986 to 1993.
