Registration Extended for Celsius Florida CEO Fitness Challenge

DELRAY BEACH, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Celsius Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CSUH) announced the deadline for registration for the Celsius Florida CEO Fitness Challenge has been extended to Friday, January, 23, 2009. The Celsius Florida CEO Fitness Challenge promotes fitness, health, and quality of life for CEOs and their employees. Florida cities participating in this challenge include Jacksonville, Naples, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. The Challenge is intended to motivate business leaders to implement wellness programs, motivate employees to improve health, to build strong teams, and to encourage healthy weight management. Proceeds of the Challenge will benefit the American Diabetes Association.

On average, of the tens of thousands of office workers in Florida:

• 60% sit all day
• 50% are stressed out at moderate levels
• 35% are overweight by 20% or more
• 27% suffer from cardiovascular disease
• 25% have high cholesterol

Teams will be comprised of 5 members including 1 team captain. Celsius CEO Fitness Challenge Certified Trainers will meet weekly with team captains to learn about better nutrition, exercises, motivation, leadership, and to discuss the best practices for each team. There will be weekly one-on-one fitness coaching with the Trainers who will also be available for company meetings. The team with the greatest averaged improvement will receive $10,000 and a trip to Las Vegas.

Weigh-ins will be managed by Celsius and staffed by Florida Heart Institute Nurses and CEO Challenge Trainers. Weigh ins will take place at local fitness centers and are scheduled for:

• January 2009 – First Weigh In
• March 30-April 3, 2009 – Weigh Out
