MALVERN, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (NYSE: VPG), a leading producer of sensors based on resistive foil technology and sensor-based systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has set the date and time of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders for June 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. eastern time. The meeting will be held at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center, 1 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA. Holders of record at the close of business April 18, 2011 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
