

Global Imaging Systems Acquires Iowaa?s Premier Office Equipment, Inc.
TAMPA, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Global Imaging Systems ], A [ Xerox ] Company (NYSE: XRX), has acquired Premier Office Equipment, Inc., one of Iowaa™s largest office equipment dealers.

The acquisition furthers Global Imaginga™s strategy of creating a nationwide network of locally-based providers focused on improving document workflow and office efficiency for small and mid-size businesses. Two weeks ago, Global Imaging Systems acquired the assets of [ United Business Solutions ] of Addison, Ill., and earlier this year, Global Imaging acquired the assets of Florida Imaging & Network Systems.
Established in 1999, Premier Office Equipment, located in Marshalltown, Iowa, is an independent distributor of copiers, printers and multifunction systems, serving small and medium businesses in 17 counties. Premier will immediately begin offering Xeroxa™s full range of [ office multifunction products ].
