Who's Your Daddy, Inc. Delivers 26,000 Cases of Energy Drinks to West Africa

CARLSBAD, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Who's Your Daddy, Inc. (OTCBB:[ WYDI ]) announced today that 25,920 cases of its cranberry pineapple and green tea 8.4 ounce King of Energy^TM drinks were delivered to Nigeria, Benin and Ghana, West Africa through T-Bone Beverages LLC ("T-Bone").

Joseph Conte, Executive Vice President, stated, "We are finally pleased to announce that our shipments to West Africa through T-Bone Beverages have finally cleared customs after several months were spent obtaining the appropriate regulatory clearances. Our relationship with T-Bone Beverages allows us to address the West African marketplace. Nigeria's population is ranked in the top 10 out of 193 nations worldwide with over 135 million people and presents the potential for strong sales growth. With T-Bone Beverages simultaneously opening the markets of Benin and Ghana, the opportunity for selling our products expands to over 150 million in West Africa."

Who's Your Daddy has granted T-Bone Beverages an incentive agreement, based upon purchases of the Company's products by T-Bone, that provides for T-Bone to receive warrants to purchase common stock of Who's Your Daddy: $3,000,000 in the first 12 months following the effective date of the agreement; $4,250,000 in the first 17 months; $5,000,000 in the first 20 months; and $6,000,000 in the first 24 months.
