OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 18, 2009) - Dairy Fresh Farms Inc.(PINKSHEETS:DYFR) (FRANKFURT:D8I) today announced that they have proceeded with the name change to Energy 1 Corp., further to the closing of the merger with Monarch Energy Corp and will now proceed to request a new ticker symbol to reflect the new name.

According to the company, a new board of directors and new officers will also be announced shortly replacing the current board of directors and officers of the company. The company has also sold its oil and gas assets and beverage technology to solely concentrate its efforts on developing and marketing the Energy 1 LIFE revolutionizing technology.
