Semiconductor manufacturers, faced with increased pressure to get products to market quickly, require better and faster service and support from their test and measurement equipment suppliers. Cascade Microtech has spent the past 25 years meeting those needs, proven by the steady growth of its customer base in Taiwan and other parts of Asia. The increased demand for its high-frequency RF probes and sockets for use in volume production test environments will now be met with even faster response times and shortened downtime for regional customers.

Cascade Microtech's 300mm probe station for RF and DC probing will be available for demonstration, and through our partner relationships with Agilent and STAr, you will be able to see how their tools and software integrate with Cascade Microtech's probe stations for DC/CV measurement and extraction. The Taiwan Service Center will be hosting training sessions on the proper handling of probe cards, probe card maintenance procedures, as well as application seminars covering topics such as flicker noise measurement and high-frequency RF testing. Standard systems training will be offered on DC and RF applications, the user interface on the 300mm prober, Nucleus™ software features and functions, and eVue™ microscopes.
