BEAVERTON, OR--(Marketwire - March 13, 2009) - Cascade Microtech, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ CSCD ]) announced today that its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2009, at the Company's corporate headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. At the Annual Meeting, Shareholders will be asked to (i) elect two directors, each for a three-year term, and (ii) approve an amendment to Cascade's 2000 Stock Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares that may be issued under the Plan from 2,400,000 shares to 3,000,000 shares. The record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting will be March 25, 2009.
