FinishMaster Shareholders Approve Merger with Uni-Select

INDIANAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--FinishMaster, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FMST) announced today its shareholders approved the Companya™s merger with a subsidiary of Uni-Select, Inc. (TSX: UNS), a leader in the distribution of automotive replacement parts, equipment, tools and accessories. As a result of the merger, the Company will become a subsidiary of Uni-Select, Inc.

The Company held a special shareholdera™s meeting on January 5,2011, to consider the merger at which time the shareholders in attendance approved the merger.

The transaction is expected to close on or about January 11, 2011, at which time shareholders of FinishMaster will receive $21.00 in cash per share, without interest.

FinishMaster will remain a distinct entity within Uni-Select serving the collision repair market. Its headquarters will remain in Indianapolis, Indiana.
