Kodak Board Elects Quatela and Taber as Senior VPs, Lynch as Vice President

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Laura G. Quatela and Terry R. Taber as Senior Vice Presidents of the company. Both are currently Vice Presidents.

Quatelaa™s election becomes effective January 1, when, as previously announced, she assumes the role of General Counsel for the company. Quatela, who joined Kodak in 1999, is currently Chief Intellectual Property Officer for the company, a role she has held since 2008.

Tabera™s election is effective immediately. He is Chief Technical Officer, a role he has held since January 2009. Taber, who joined Kodak in 1980, has held a variety of senior roles in R&D and product development.

The Board also elected Timothy M. Lynch as a Vice President of the company, effective immediately.

Lynch, 49, is Managing Director, Intellectual Property Transactions, a position he has held since January 2008. In this role, he is responsible for tactical, strategic and royalty-bearing licensing activities.

Mr. Lynch joined Kodak in 1997 as a member of the Corporate and Regulatory Legal Staff, supporting merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. He has held increasingly responsible positions in the Intellectual Property area since 2004.

Prior to joining Kodak, Lynch held positions with GE Capital and the Nixon and Peabody law firm.

Lynch holds a B.A. degree in communications and political science from St. John Fisher College, and J.D. degree from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the New York Bar.
