DALLAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The [ City of Indianapolis ] has selected [ Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) ], A [ Xerox Company ] (NYSE: XRX), to overhaul its public parking system, delivering advanced technology and convenience to the citya™s motorists and businesses.

This unique public-private-partnership is expected to raise more than $600 million for the city during the 50-year agreement. ACS will simplify parking by introducing new meters that accept credit cards and, eventually, payments by cell phone. Xeroxa™s expertise in document and print management will provide additional efficiency and expertise, contributing to the improved revenue generation from parking operations.
