EDMONTON, Jan. 26 /CNW/ - Raydan Manufacturing Inc (the "Company") (TSX-V:RDN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Gabriel Loran to the Company's Board of Directors; additionally, we regretfully announce the resignation of Leonard Jaroszuk from the Board.
Mr Loran brings to the Company considerable financial knowledge gained during his career in banking with the Royal Bank of Canada and the Canadian Western Bank. The Board of Directors has accepted his appointment and he will begin his duties with Raydan effective January 1, 2011.
"We are pleased that Luke has consented to serve on our Board of Directors," remarks Ray English, President and CEO. "We believe he will prove an asset to our Company as we move forward."
Mr Jaroszuk's duties with his own group of companies have increased substantially, giving him cause for concern regarding his ability to fulfill his obligations as a director of the Company. He, therefore, tendered his resignation effective January 3, 2011.
"We will miss Len's support and guidance," stated Ray English. "We wish him luck in his future endeavors."
