General Mills Director Lois Quam to Join U.S. Department of State; Resigns from the General Mills Board

MINNEAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--General Mills (NYSE: GIS) said today that Lois E. Quam has resigned from the companya™s board of directors. Quam is joining the United States Department of State, where she will assume a newly created leadership role with responsibility for global health initiatives.
