LuxeYard Expands Management Team with Tony Winders as Executive Vice President of Revenue
LOS ANGELES, March 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LuxeYard, Inc. (OTC BB: LUXR), a members-only flash sale site for luxury home furnishings, decor and fashion, today said Tony Winders has joined its management team as executive vice president of revenue.

Winders previously was vice president, marketing at ValueClick, Inc., where he served on its ValueClick Media division management team. At ValueClick Media, he led the brand strategy and marketing communications efforts that helped establish the company as one of the largest and most respected display advertising networks in the world. Winders was previously vice president, sales and marketing at pay-per-click search engine Search123, which was acquired by ValueClick in 2003.
An early pioneer of online marketing and advertising, he co-founded InterActive Agency, Inc. (iAgency) in 1995, where he served as its president until 2002. At iAgency, he devised online marketing strategies for dozens of consumer entertainment, ecommerce and technology brands, including Zappos.com, Coca Cola, Warner Bros. Studio Store, Universal Studios Online, SegaSoft, Symantec and Hollywood Online. Winders earned a bachelor of science degree in public relations from the University of Central Missouri.
