Intelligent Living Announces Completion of Southlands Project

ILVC Uses Latest Apple and HAI platforms to Drive Home Automation Systems

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - Mar 23, 2012) - Intelligent Living Corp. ("ILVC") (OTCBB: [ ILVC ]), a leading provider of green building solutions, today announced the completion of home automation, energy monitoring, and entertainment systems in four 5,000 plus square foot signature custom homes in Vancouver's Southlands community. ILVC began working on the Southlands project in January 2011.

Located adjacent to the lower Fraser River, and home to three of Vancouver's premier golf courses and several riding stables, Southlands is one of the city's most desired and exclusive areas. ILVC worked closely with Tavan Developments Ltd. ("Tavan") ([ www.tavandevelopments.com ]), a leading custom home builder in Greater Vancouver, and the home owners to design state-of-the-art energy management, automation and entertainment systems.

"We have successfully completed the installation and commissioning of custom automation, environmental control, security, and entertainment systems to the satisfaction of the owners and the builder," said Murat Erbatur, COO of Intelligent Living Corp. "Our goal was to bring to reality state of the art systems delivering reliability, convenience, ease of use, integrated control over multiple functions, low energy consumption, and user feedback through sophisticated data monitoring."

The systems for each home were custom designed to meet the specific and diverse requirements of the owners and feature integrated security, lighting and environmental control, energy monitoring, distributed audio systems and home theatres. The systems integrate the latest security, audio/video distribution, monitoring, and control hardware with software running on Apple platforms. The systems' backbone is based on highly reliable and flexible products from Home Automation Inc. (HAI). Each home is equipped with a sophisticated energy monitoring system that displays current and estimated electricity cost and usage on a daily and monthly basis.
