Canwealth Minerals Corporation files additional 18 claims bordering on the Shadow Mountain site bring a total of 90 claims under management
NEW YORK and MONTREAL, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Canwealth Minerals Corporation and partner ICBS Ltd., (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that it has filed additional mineral claims on their Shadow Mountain site.The Shadow Mountain claim is 100% owned by Canwealth Minerals Corporation. It is comprised of 90 claim cells totaling 13,426 acres. The 90claim cells are located well within a VMS ( Volcanogenic massive sulphide ) zone of the Grenville orogeny. This geological formation is considered a highly favorable site for exploration for gold, silver, copper, nickel, PGE (platinum group elements) and REE (rare earth elements).
The new claims are located adjacent to the existing claims and located to the South of the current Shadow Mountain claim block, led Canwealth Minerals to extend the claim cells to a total of 13,426 acres, for over all company holdings of 28,967 acres .
Canwealth Minerals Corporation is a gold and precious metal mining company has registered these claims with the Quebec government. The company is expected to start exploratory drilling this coming spring. The main thrust of the exploration will to be focused on sites that have a strong indication of precious minerals, such as Gold, Silver , Copper and Rare Earth minerals .
The company is expecting the new sites to be accessed this coming spring with initial geological reports expected by the fall.
The company's current strategic direction is, to seek out properties/claims known to have high value mineral targets which will lead rapidly to the advanced exploration and development stages.
ICBS will be providing management and project funding.
