BENSALEM, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Law Offices of Howard G. The Nasdaq Stock Market (aNASDAQa) has notified Wonder Auto as to its noncompliance with NASDAQa™s continued listing standards as a result of the Company's failure to timely file the Form 10-K. In addition, NASDAQ has informed the Company that NASDAQ has suspended trading in Wonder Auto common stock, pending the Companya™s provision of a satisfactory Plan of Compliance to NASDAQ.
