Avatar Ventures Cooperative Agreement Provides Entry into the SMS Text Marketing Arena

(OTCBB: AVVC)(aAvatar Venturesa or athe Companya) announced that it has entered into a cooperative agreement with privately held e-Business-Central (Minneapolis, Minn.) to develop an innovative interactive mobile SMS (short message service) platform targeted to small- and medium-sized business.

Under the terms of their agreement, the companies will jointly operate a robust online SMS message marketing service through [ www.iTextDirect.com ], providing clients with business-building tools including SMS campaigns, mobile coupons, text reminder services and voting/polling campaigns. The Company expects the site to initialize on or before Friday, May 20.
