ForeverGreen Anticipates Significantly Profitable Year

OREM, Utah--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ForeverGreen Worldwide Corporation (OTCBB: FVRG) [ www.forevergreen.org ], a leading provider of nutritional foods and other healthy products, announced last week the company reported revenues of $10.6MM with a loss of $0.03 EPS for Fiscal Year 2010.

Paul Frampton, CFO, stated, aDue to significant growth trends the company is experiencing during the first half of this year, the company expects revenue of $16MM to $20MM for this FY 2011. If growth trends continue to accelerate at the current rate, it is possible the company could approach $20-$24MM in revenue. We expect growth to continue into FY2012, with our revenue estimates for the full year to be $28-$33MM. The company anticipates being cash flow positive and profitable during the second half of this year, and expects those profits to continue to escalate as revenue increases.
