Polaris Industries Completes Acquisition of Global Electric Motorcars

MINNEAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE:PII) announced today that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of Global Electric Motorcars (GEM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Chrysler Group LLC and manufacturer of electric vehicles.
