eHydrogen Solutions Issues Stockholder Update on Operations and Progress to Date

RENO, NV--(Marketwire - November 4, 2009) - eHydrogen (PINKSHEETS: [ BIGD ]) released today a stockholder update as part of its regular communications to the investing public during the company's transition.

The company has completed filing its Corporate Action request with FINRA.org to effect a change of name and ticker symbol. The company's name will soon be accurately reflected as "eHydrogen Solutions, Inc." and will be issued a new ticker symbol. The change of name and ticker symbol will not affect stockholders' ownership or their ability to trade their stock. Stockholders are not required to take any action on their part.

The company will NOT effect a reverse-split as part of its new operations.

This action is part of the Company's previously announced plans to change its operations to the manufacture, distribution, and sales of on-demand hydrogen fuel injection systems. These systems are market ready and field proven and used by over 150 fleets of long-haul transport trucks, ambulances, municipal buses and other heavy equipment.

The Company is also completing the following: Registration with the OTC Disclosure Service to insure investor transparency and timely and regular public disclosure of information. Full consolidated financial statements published with the OTC Disclosure service, new company image, branding, published business plans to include analyses of the hydrogen fuel sector market and revenue projections.
