VAUDREUIL-DORION, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 20, 2009) - Rocmec Mining Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RMI)(FRANKFURT:D5O) is pleased to announce that following completion of the financial results for fiscal 2009, Rocmec should present revenues derived from service contracts totalling close to 1 million dollars. For the 4th quarter of fiscal 2009, ended September 30th, 2009, and for the first time in its history, Rocmec should declare revenues totalling close to $700,000 and gross profits from the contracts exceeding $275,000, including significant non-recurring start-up costs.

The results will be presented in the audited financial statements of the Company which should be published in January 2010.
