COSTA MESA, CA--(Marketwire - October 19, 2009) - ENVIROTEK (PINKSHEETS: [ INCL ]) today confirmed the company has signed a joint venture agreement with a Northern California based electric power manufacturer and distributor.

The company produces electricity from waste material gases using a patented technology and leaving little residual waste gas, which can also be regenerated into electrical power using an alternative process.

The electrical power produced under this current contract is fed directly into the Northern California national grid system for consumer and commercial uses. The revenues from this supply of electricity are paid directly to the company from one of the largest power companies in Northern California.

The contract term is for 20 years which equates to consistent income for that term from the current contract at one facility. ENVIROTEK secured a joint venture portion of the contract equaling 20% for the same 20 year contract, which means ENVIROTEK will have monthly residual income for the same 20 year term of that contract.

An ENVIROTEK spokesperson pointed out that the production of clean power and energy is the "Green" direction ENVIROTEK continues to follow by deriving its resources from ECO friendly energy saving products, Alternative "Green" based fuels and Clean Power from a variety of natural sources.

Company President Robert Thompson commented, "We are in the process of negotiating additional contracts with this company to secure future long term residual income and a percentage ownership."

ENVIROTEK plans the launch of its new website this month.
