LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 9, 2009) - Prime Star Group, Inc. (OTCBB: [ PSGI ]) is pleased to announce IntelA-Pac, Inc., a Prime Star Group subsidiary, has completed installation of its F-4000 Series Fillers at the Hardy Bottling facility in Memphis, TN. This production expansion provides Prime Star Group, its subsidiaries, and channel partners the necessary additional capacity required to accommodate pending opportunities. IntelA-Pac, Inc is now able to monthly produce in excess of 10,000,000 units of its proprietary SmartPax™ pouches as well as other custom requests.

IntelA-Pac's SmartPax™ packaging technology is focused on providing leading edge proprietary, film-based, flexible pouch packaging that can be used to store and transport liquids with various compositions such as milk, juice, alcoholic beverages, frozen and shelf-stable liquids, and water. SmartPax™ pouches range in size from one ounce to one gallon.
